Ingredients
- 2 (12-ounce) bags chocolate melting wafers
- ½ cup mini pretzels, crushed
- ⅓ cup mini pretzels
- ¼ cup chopped dry-roasted peanuts
- 1 cup SKIPPY® Peanut Butter
- ⅔ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Melt 1 bag of melting wafers according to package directions.
- Pour chocolate onto parchment paper-lined baking sheet and spread to about 1/4 –inch thickness.
- Let stand 1 hour or until set.
- Meanwhile with an electric hand mixer, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar.
- Spread peanut butter mixture over chocolate, leaving 1-inch border and refrigerate 1 hour.
- Melt remaining chocolate according to package directions and spread over peanut butter layer.
- Sprinkle with pretzels, peanuts and crushed pretzels.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or up to overnight.
- Break into pieces.
